USSF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY U16–Sophomore year-‘07-‘08:
*Chosen as the starting Center Back for Cal Odyssey.
*Chosen to start in all 8 games in the three (TX, IL , NC) Academy Showcase events going 5-1-2 overall, which included a match with the U.S. Youth National Team. (Odyssey was not a member of Academy at the time of the first Showcase in Carson CA).
*Chosen to start against the ‘07-’08 U16 Academy National Champions, Carmel United, defending my goal for a 2-2 tie at the North Carolina National Showcase event.
USSF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY U16–Junior year-‘08-‘09:
*Again chosen as the starting center back for Cal Odyssey. (Missed 8 games on the season for High School commitments including SAT, Junior year finals, and Division 1 High School soccer State Southern CA Regional playoffs and Championship final.)
*Chosen as team Co-Captain.
*Chosen to start in all 3 of the Dec ’08 Winter Showcase games in Lancaster, CA.
*Chosen to start in all 3 games of the May ‘09 Spring Showcase Event in Sarasota, FL.
*Won the Northwest Division.
*Earned a coveted spot in the Academy playoffs in NC, June 26-29, 2009.
*Chosen to start all 3 games of the Academy playoff’s in NC, June 26-29, 2009, winning Group E and defending my goal with a shutout in a 3-0 win over #2 National seed Arsenal; with a shutout in a 3-0 win over FC Delco; and with a 3-1 win over LA Galaxy.
*Earned the No. 2 seed in the National Championship Finals July 10-17, 2009, at the Home Depot Center, going undefeated in group play verses Greensboro, PDA, and Washington Premier, and finished as National Finalist after a solid Championship final match.
USSF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY U18–Senior year-‘09-‘10:
*Again chosen as starting center back for Cal Odyssey.
HIGH SCHOOL – Sophomore year – ’07-‘08:
*Chosen as starting Varsity Center back in a 3-5-2 format.
*Went 27-2-3 on the season.
*Won the CIF Central Section Div. 1 High School CMAC League Title.
*Finalist in the CIF Central Section Div. 1 High School Championship.
*Chosen for the First Team All League.
*Honored as Most Valuable Defensive Player.
*Won and went undefeated in the Harold S. Young High School Tournament.
*Won and went undefeated in the Garces High School Tournament.
HIGH SCHOOL – Junior year – ’08-‘09:
*Again chosen as starting Varsity Center back running a 4-4-2 format.
*Won the CIF Central Section Div. 1 High School CMAC League Title!
*Won the CIF Central Section Div. 1 High School Championship Title!
*Seeded No. 2 in the CIF Div. 1 Southern CA Regional State playoffs, beating Valencia in the quarter finals, beating Torrey Pines in the semi finals and finishing as STATE FINALIST after a hard fought State Championship match against El Camino Real in Southern CA.
*Honored by being chosen for the All Valley/Metro All Star First Team.
*Chosen as Defensive Player of the year - Bullard High.
*Went undefeated in the Jan ’09 De La Salle High School Showcase event and was named to the Showcase’s All Star Team.
*Final record was 23-4-2.
*Ranked 22nd in the Nation by ESPN.
OTHER:
*Honor role student as a Freshman, Sophomore and Junior.
*Consistently been one of the faster players on all my teams.
*Have played on teams using 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-3-4, and 3-5-2 formations.
*Played on Div 1 competitive travel teams from U11 to U16 with Bullard and Revolution United, starting every game ever played.
*From U11-U15, played in 7 quality Div 1 tournaments per year with about half in Cal-South and the rest in Cal-North and NV.
