Dillon started playing soccer at 4 years old. He joined his first club team (Flyers) 4 years ago, helping his BU13 Silver Elite team earn promotion to Gold by both scoring/assisting ½ of the team’s goals. He then joined Valley United Blast (now Real SoCal 1991) where he played prior to his move to
Austin, Texas. Dillon has competed in and assisted his team in winning the Cal South Championship, Western Regional Championship and U.S. Soccer National Championship. He scored the winning goals in both the last qualifier and Championship games at the U.S. Soccer National Championship in Iowa 2006. Dillon’s playing experience also includes competing in the Dallas Cup and Nike Manchester United Premier Cup. Besides playing soccer in the USA; he has played soccer in (Donasti Cup) and
(Tahuichi Mundialito friendlies).
In an effort to learn the Laws of the Game and give back to AYSO; Dillon became certified as a Referee and volunteered his time with
Arcadia (Region 2) AYSO. He is now a High School Referee. Dillon has Varsity letters in both Football and Soccer as a freshman and sophomore at
Arcadia
High School . He is the starting midfielder (left/right) for
Westlake
High School . Dillon’s long term goals are to play soccer internationally and play for the U.S. National Team. However, as education is important his goal following graduation in 2010 is to attend and play for a Division I or II school.
Dillon runs a 4.5 second 40 yard dash and 5 minute mile.
