Athletic Achievements:

• 2008 Voted Most Valuable Midfielder at De La Salle High School
• 2008 Earned selection to attend Super Y ODP National Camp in Cocoa, Florida.
• 2008 Manchester United Premier Cup-selected and played for 1993 or younger Mustang United Soccer Team in Beaverton, Oregon.
• 2007 Won US Club National Championship with Mustang United U-15 boys team in Burlington, North Carolina.  Scored game winning goal in Championship game.
• 2007 Earned qualification and played in Super Y National Championships in Tampa, Florida.
• Played in Surf Cup 2008, 2004.
• Quarterfinalist State Cup CYSA-North 2004.

  Academic Achievements:

• One of 250 students to earn entrance to De La Salle High School in Concord, California out of 1250 applicants.

Family Soccer History:

• Father is a former professional player.  Drafted in the first round (7th pick overall) by the New York Cosmos of the North American Soccer League in 1982.  Former All-American at San Jose State University 1981-82.
• Michael’s brother, Christopher, with Mustang Soccer Academy U-18 boys team has committed to Loyola Marymount University for the 2009 Soccer season.
